Clinic Rules:
1. Must enter with hall / clinic pass (with exceptions of emergencies).
2. Must have a written parental consent on file for FULL services (which include receiving medication and sports physical exams).
3. No cell phones (Authorization must be granted due to confidentiality of other individuals privacy)!!
Clinic Services (includes, but not limited to):
1. Assessment & treatment of minor injuries and ailments (for students & staff).
2. Provision of personal hygiene products.
3. Referrals for further physical & mental health services (for students only).
4. Health consultations provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
5. Birth control and STD testing is no longer provided, as of July 1, 2023. Condoms are still available for free.
